Answer to question after order validation and payment ?

I discovered this site at the beginning. I requested their service for a nif. At the beginning all are well. fluid communication, fast and friendly exchange. For 1 month my request has been in progress and no reaction from them to my request for chat on the site or by email?
I therefore remain with my questions without knowing what to do!
